Robbery is one of the most feared crimes. Period. Every financial institution, banks, credit unions and thrifts, must provide both initial and continuing robbery response training for ALL employees. It's not an option...it's required by all of the state and federal regulatory agencies.

The institution's Security Director is responsible for developing and managing the institution's Security Program -- and the Security Program must contain policies and procedures that address robberies.

This 8 course of training is available to businesses, their employees and individuals in the methods of robbery awareness and prevention. Tips and techniques on how to respond to an armed robber and what types of identification information are helpful to the police department are discussed in this training.
